Enrolling in Benefits

Benefits coverage for full time employees begins on the first of the month following or coinciding with date of hire and you have 30 days to elect your benefits or make changes after a Qualified Life Event.

Making Changes After Open Enrollment

During the year, you cannot make changes to your benefits unless you have a Qualified Life Event. If you do not make changes to your benefits within 30 days of the Qualified Life Event, you will have to wait until the next annual Open Enrollment period to make changes (unless you experience another Qualified Life Event). 

Enroll

1. Log in to workforcenow.adp.com.
   Username: Your last saved username. Can’t remember email? Contact benefits@exterro.com.
   Password: Your last saved password. Forgot your password? Reset it on the login screen.
2. Add your personal and dependent information.
3. Select your benefit plans for the coming year.
4. Review your beneficiaries, choices and costs before finalizing.
